The deposit is 30% of the total price and it applies to the balance. We only take credit cards for the deposit. You may pay the balance with a check if we are notified ahead of time.

The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival and we charge the credit card on file unless notified otherwise.

The cancellation policy is that you may cancel 60 days prior to arrival. If you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit minus a $100.00 cancellation fee. Otherwise, the rental is non-refundable. We give a full refund for MANDATORY hurricane evacuations.

The rental includes the carriage house. We do not rent the carriage house separately.

It is on the North Side of 30-A and only 4 houses from 30-A. It is very close to the center of town as well as the beach accesses. The address is 138 West Water Street.

Yes the house has wireless internet and bikes. However, we do not guarantee either. 

The Seacrest condos have interent but no bikes. 

We have seven night minimums from March to August 14th.
